Joseph Babatunde

Babatunde is an accomplished economist and development finance expert with over 30 years of experience in auditing, banking, and strategic leadership. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a management certificate from the Galilee Institute of Management, Israel. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and a member of the Nigerian Economic Society.

He began his career with the Kwara State Government and PKF Nigeria before joining the Bank of Industry, where he rose to General Manager and served on the Executive Management team. His expertise spans project appraisal, credit risk, loan recovery, human resources, and administration. He led key initiatives in SME development, creative industry financing, renewable energy (in partnership with UNDP), and managed intervention funds from CBN and AfDB.

Babatunde has participated in numerous international trainings across several countries. He currently serves as Managing Partner of Peculiar Consult and Investments Limited, MD of Nifemi Babs Nigeria Enterprises, and General Overseer of Peculiar Gospel Outreach Ministry. He sits on the board of several companies and is married with children.

Seyi Babatunde
HR/Admin Manager

Oluwaseyi Babatunde is a seasoned Human Resource Manager who has offered value to media organizations, manufacturing conglomerates, fashion houses and banks across Nigeria and the UK.

Oluwaseyi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Babcock University and a Master of Business Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom.

 During her master’s program, she was inducted as an Associate Member of Chartered Management Institute UK. She has worked in Nigerian Breweries Plc’s Marketing Department and Corporate Finance Department of  Flour Mills Plc.

She presently works with Peculiar Consult and Investments Limited where she serves as the HR & Admin Manager.

Ayantoye holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the National Open University of Nigeria. He also earned a Diploma in Information Communication Technology and Computer Engineering from Pacific Institute, Calabar, as well as a Bible School Diploma from the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), along with other professional certifications.

A seasoned journalist and publisher, he is a member of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) with over 13 years of media experience. Throughout his career, Ayantoye has worked with various private organizations, both on part-time and full-time bases.

He previously served as a reporter with the National Pilot newspaper, a prominent media outlet owned by former Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki. There, he covered a wide range of news beats, including major incidents and life-saving reports that earned him commendations and awards. He also served as the State Correspondent for the Office of the former First Lady of Kwara State.

Project Officer

Oluwatobiloba Babatunde is a communications professional and project officer with a growing portfolio of experience across media, banking, and development sectors. A committed Christian, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Babcock University, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division in 2018.

Her professional journey began with an internship at Silverbird Galleria, followed by a graduate internship at Guaranty Trust Bank. During her National Youth Service, she gained valuable experience at the Bank of Industry.

Oluwatobiloba currently serves as a Project Officer at Peculiar Consult and Investments Limited, where she contributes to strategic project execution and organizational development.

Adebayo Jemilehin

Jemilehin is a seasoned finance and agricultural banking expert, recognized as a Fellow of both the Institute of Corporate Executives of Nigeria (FICEN) and the Institute of Credit Administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin.

With a distinguished career at the Bank of Agriculture, Solomon rose to the position of Deputy General Manager, overseeing key areas such as classified asset management, micro-lending, credit administration, and loan recovery. His career is marked by his participation in several local and international trainings and conferences, further enriching his expertise in financial services and agribusiness development.

Bukki Orekoya

Bukki is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), with over 20 years of experience in auditing and management consultancy. She earned her Economics degree from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).

She began her career at KPMG Audit, where she spent eight years and rose to Assistant Manager in the Technical Department. There, she contributed to public financial reporting, privatization advisory, and capital restructuring projects.

Bukki later became the first Nigerian Chief Accountant/Company Secretary at Paterson Candy International Nigeria Ltd, a subsidiary of Thames Water UK. She led the company’s accounting system computerization and managed long-term civil engineering contract accounting.

Accredited as a professional trainer by CMD and NITAD in 1994, she is a respected management trainer and frequent facilitator for ICAN and other professional bodies on finance and management topics.

Cecilia Osoka

Cecilia is a seasoned finance and banking professional with over 27 years of experience across accounting, auditing, and banking operations. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) as well as a Senior Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Her career began in auditing at Uniugbe Akintola & Co, followed by key roles at Merchant Bank of Commerce Ltd and United Bank for Africa (UBA), where she rose to Principal Manager and Head of Settlements Operations. At Ecobank Nigeria Plc, she led operational oversight across 250+ branches and managed central processing functions and major IT projects.

She has received advanced training locally and internationally, including at EuroMoney, RTGS Gambia, and ING Summer School in Europe. Since 2009, she has focused on consultancy, accounting, and training.

Inyang Sami-Orungbe

Inyang is a business and finance professional with over 35 years of experience. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Rivers State University and an MBA from ESUT Business School, Lagos.

She worked at IBTC (now Stanbic IBTC Bank) and Intercellular Nigeria Plc before serving as pioneer Head of Marketing at Crusader Sterling Pensions, where she grew assets from zero to ₦9 billion in just over two years. At GT Group (now AXA Mansard), she managed high-net-worth investment portfolios exceeding ₦14 billion.

A Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Inyang specializes in personal finance, retirement planning, and marketing strategy. She writes the WEALTHWISE column in EFFECTUAL magazine and sits on the board of Woman Act Now Nigeria.

Egbuta Chikezie

Egbuta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Abia State University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria. He advanced to Senior Manager at Bank of Industry, serving in roles including State Manager for Lagos and Head of the Cotton, Textile, and Garment Unit in the Agro-Processing Group.

As a financial analyst, he specializes in development finance, covering real sector financing, financial advisory, MSME support, risk management, investment appraisal, and loan recovery.

He has trained at Lagos Business School, Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK), and Queens University (Canada), among others. Egbuta is currently Managing Director of E.C. Consult and Business Services Limited. He is married with children.

He is the Managing Consultant/CEO of Team Building International with vast experience in HR practices, Organizational Development and executive training and development. Yinka has worked with world class Organizations like Multichoice Group, CongressWBN and Access Bank Plc. Yinka was also instrumental to the startup of many companies and organizations such as Background Check International, Media 24 and Mweb.

Yinka Olugbodi has over 20 years of working and managerial experience. With the hallmark of pioneering or being a pioneering staff in most of where he worked or contributed. He was a pioneer staff in Multichoice Nigeria. He was also a pioneer worker in Congress WBN and he joined Access Bank during the decisive growth of the bank to top 5 banks in Nigeria. In this adventurous, pioneering spirit, he has started and founded a number of companies and ventures.
